Yap.TV was launched with the social media watcher in mind. If you like to post to Facebook or Twitter from your phone or tablet while watching TV, it’s probably for you. Now that Yap.TV has gained the power of Facebook Connect, you can discover friends who have similar taste in television (or discover guilty pleasures).
In addition, Yap.TV will feature “The Feed,” where you can get the latest news and gossip on your favorite shows, based on the ones you’ve liked through the app. Users can also chat with friends who are also logged into Yap.TV at the same time, and the app allows people to find new friends with similar viewing interests.
