Yahoo, AP Reach Deal On Content

We can all breathe a sigh of relief now: the two-week long nail biter over whether The Associated Press and Yahoo News would ever renew their contract has finally been resolved with both parties agreeing to…something.

The AP has been vying for stricter copyright regulations on sites like Google and Yahoo that would make it harder for aggregators to republish their material, but whatever deal the two companies have come to, it’s being kept under tight wraps for now.
