National Journal’s Tim Alberta is leaving the publication to join the National Review as chief political correspondent.
As senior political correspondent, Alberta has been aggressively covering the 2016 campaign for National Journal, where he has previously covered congressional leadership and edited National Journal Hotline.
In a Tweet to followers, Alberta wrote:
It’s true: I’m joining @NRO as chief political correspondent. Sad to leave my NJ family, but thrilled for this next adventure.
