Pinterest released a host of updates aimed at enhancing the experiences of its Spanish-speaking users.
Ricardo Sangion, the social network’s head of Latin America, outlined the new features in a blog post.
Sangion revealed that Pinterest sees more than 5 million Spanish-language searches daily, so the social network’s search tools—typeaheads, auto-correct, search guides—now work for Spanish searches, as well.
Pinterest Explore, the content-discovery feature introduced by the social network last November, was launched in Mexico and Argentina.
The social network also launched a Spanish-language blog and profiles for Mexico and Argentina.
