When Social Times last reported on OneRiot‘s advertising network, the news was bundled with announcements of enhancements to its search engine. Today, OneRiot announced that it is shifting its focus to that advertising network and removing consumer-facing search functionality from its web site. Its search technology will continue in its paid-search syndication product, as well as being core to the advertising network.

Since its launch in January of this year, the advertising network was available only to select brands and media companies, such as Stella Artois, Sony Pictures, AOL and Time Inc.
