New "Literary Studio" Is Trying To Raise $30k On Kickstarter For Serial eBooks
Plympton, a new company that describes itself as a “new literary studio creating compelling, serialized stories for the future of reading,” is trying to raise $30,000 using Kickstarter to fund its mission.
The San Francisco-based startup’s idea is to foster an environment in which authors can write installments of serialized digital stories that can be delivered directly to a reader’s device. Think of it like a new episode every other week or once a month, that features the same characters as their story evolves.
