Fifteen Documentaries Advance Towards Oscars
The Academy has announced the short-list (or a shorter list) for documentary films. FBLA feels confident that An Inconvenient Truth will face off against Shut Up and Sing, and in a world filled with poetic irony, the Ralph Nader doc. An Unreasonable Man would win.
FBLA also predicts that all the Iraq documentaries will cancel each other out, worthy as they are. Unfortunately for Academy voters, no films about Jewish children were released this time.
