Earlier today Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg posted on the company blog that some personnel changes have been made to the Facebook Connect and Platform leadership teams, in an effort to help Facebook Connect and Platform grow and provide resources for third party applications. From the looks of it, this is an executive shuffle, where existing Facebook employees are taking on new roles within the company.
for starters, Mike Vernal will be taking over as the new manager of the Connect and Platform engineering teams.
