Culver City Fathers Carving Up Surfas

Ari Noonan, editor/publisher of Culver City’s The Front Page, breaks the devastating news that Surfas, the destination of foodies and chefs, is losing the battle of eminent domain. The gourmet and restaurant supply company’s warehouse is in the path of a proposed light rail station, and Les Surfas has rejected the 4.89 million offer for the location.

Considering that Culver City is enjoying a renaissance as a restaurant destination, due partially to the proximity of Surfas, FBLA thinks the Culver City fathers seem to be biting the hand that feeds them.
