AT&T SIM-locked Dell Streak Users Still Waiting for Android OS 2.2 (Froyo)

Do you remember Android OS Donut? You probably don’t because Donut is the codename for Android OS 1.6 which was old even back in November 2009 when the Motorola Droid launched with Android OS 2.0 (I should note that 1.6 was released in mid-September 2009). Dell Streak owners, however, have been stuck with this relatively ancient (given Android’s quick update release schedule) version. Owners of the unlocked Streak models have been receiving the Froyo (OS 2.2)
