Data company Parse.ly reviewed the analytics it regularly tracks for 350 publisher clients—including Condé Nast Digital, The Atlantic, Reuters and Mashable—to compare who had the bigger buzz week, Caitlyn Jenner or Sepp Blatter. And, while Parse.ly's numbers don't represent the entire Internet, the stats provide an interesting glimpse into a wild few days of newsmaking.

Parse.ly looked at the 24-hour period after Jenner's now-famous Vanity Fair cover and then dug into the 24 hours after Blatter resigned in disgrace as the president of FIFA, soccer's global governing body.
