Women now represent 44.7% of Twitter’s global workforce, up from 42.7% at the end of 2020.

Black representation on the company’s U.S. workforce rose to 9.4% from 6.9% during the same time period, while Latinx representation climbed to 8% from 5.5%.

The company rolled out a new self ID program last year and shared some results from those disclosures.
