TikTok Stories Being Tested in Some Non-US Markets

Snapchat Stories debuted in October 2013, and other social platforms have tried to follow the camera company’s lead, with mixed results.

Instagram and, by extension, the rest of the Facebook family of applications, have seen the disappearing, ephemeral content format thrive.

The jury is still out for stories features from LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube, although Pinterest seems to be banking on its since-renamed Idea Pins.

And some rode off into the sunset, as Twitter Fleets did earlier this week.
