Twitter Fleets: Born Nov. 17, 2020; died Aug. 3, 2021.

The social network said Wednesday that its Snapchat-like disappearing tweets will disappear altogether Aug. 3, citing a lack of interest by users.

Twitter product lead Kayvon Beykpour explained in a tweet Wednesday, “We’re winding down Fleets.
