TikTok Tuesday revealed the inaugural class for TikTok for Black Creatives, a new incubator program aimed at investing in and supporting emerging Black creators and musical artists on its video creation platform, which it introduced last month.

TikTok teamed up with Macro, a multiplatform media company founded by CEO Charles D. King to represent the voice and perspectives of persons of color, on a grant to be used for educational resources, production equipment and other creative content development tools.
