Messenger From Facebook added a new chat theme inspired by the Cottagecore aesthetic. When the Cottagecore theme is used in a Messenger chat, the chat’s background will have a picture of a cottage in a forest. The chat’s emoji will also automatically change to the mushroom emoji.
Here’s how to use the Cottagecore theme in the Messenger From Facebook application.

Step 1: Open the Messenger chat you want to customize and tap the chat name at the top of the screen.
