Facebook Wednesday released its first ever Widely Viewed Content Report, a quarterly addition to its Transparency Center that will provide an overview of the most widely viewed content in News Feed, starting off with domains, links, pages and posts.

It will be released quarterly in conjunction with Facebook’s Community Standards Enforcement Report, starting off with the U.S. and eventually including data from other markets.

Facebook-owned insights tool CrowdTangle was used to compile the data.

Director of product management Anna Stepanov shared some takeaways from the initial report:

  • The content that’s seen by the most people isn’t necessarily the content that also gets the most engagement.
