To celebrate Earth Day April 22, American Eagle Outfitters launched RE/AE, a resale shop featuring a curated selection of secondhand and vintage American Eagle clothing items.

The RE/AE retail shop is available through resale platform thredUP, which offers “Resale-as-a-Service” technology to fashion brands, allowing them to create customizable shopping experiences for their customers.

“We are passionate about finding new and exciting ways to connect with our customers and RE/AE’s accessible, digital-first, circular shopping experience provides an opportunity to refresh your closet by shopping pre-loved, iconic styles from a brand that has defined youth culture for decades,” Jennifer Foyle, president, chief creative officer for American Eagle and Aerie, said.
