Yext, a digital presence management platform, announced Monday the hire of Jeffrey K. Rohrs, formerly of Salesforce, as the company’s Chief Marketing Officer.
Rohrs was most recently the vice president of marketing insights at Salesforce, having joined the company as part of its $2.5 billion acquisition of ExactTarget in 2013. With ExactTarget, Rohrs helped the company move from a specialized email marketing solution into a publicly-traded marketing cloud platform. He also created ExactTarget’s Subscribers, Fans and Followers research series.
