Did you know that Yelp allows you to control which kinds of information businesses can see about you? While public content that you’ve shared, such as reviews and photos, will be visible to businesses, you can control whether or not they see things like your age range, gender and more. Our guide will show you how this works.

Step 1: Tap “More” in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap “Settings.”
Step 3: Tap “Privacy Settings.”
Step 4: Scroll down to the “Business Visibility Settings” section and tap “My name and Yelp profile,” “My demographics” or “Basic information,” depending on how much information you want businesses to be able to see about you.
