With the 4th of July holiday it has been a sleepy week for eBook news. Still a couple of things worth noting happened this week. Here is our weekly roundup.
Borders launched an eBookstore and started giving away eBooks to people who downloaded the Borders app.
Amazon was awarded the patent for a dual screen eReader, which could mean double screened Kindles in the future.
President of Random House Gina Centrello said that eBooks will be 50% of book sales in 5 years and Barnes
