Traveling might also become a way to try eReaders if Kobo’s deal with Fairmont Hotels becomes a trend. The two companies are planning to provide loaner Kobo eReaders to guests who stay at the Fairmont Gold properties. The eReaders will be loaded up with bestsellers from Random House. Fairmont Hotels are not widely available like Holiday Inns, but this deal does mark the first time that a hotel chain has announced such a deal for several of their properties.
