With Facebook insisting that it will maintain its real-name policy, technology outfit Virtual Artifacts came up with a solution that combines the benefits of Facebook pages with the freedom of anonymity — its Social X application.
Virtual Artifacts also announced the launch of Social X Community CRM, a companion customer-relationship-management tool for brands to deploy the app on their pages and communicate with users. The company said employees and advocates can use Social X to determine how they will appear within the app’s environment.
