Allison+Partners has promoted two of its senior executives: Jonathan Heit, a co-founder, president and senior partner, has been appointed president, Americas. In this new role, Heit will oversee the firm’s North American operations, while exploring opportunities to expand into South America. Matthew Della Croce, senior partner and global head, corporate practice, has been named president, Europe and Global Corporate. In this role, Della Croce will lead the continued growth of the corporate practice globally, as well as accelerating the agency’s expansion in Europe. (Release)

Michelle Barna-Stern has joined Blue State Digital as executive director of content and campaigns. In this new role she will oversee the Communications, Content Marketing and Social Media teams. Barna-Stern comes to BSD from Deep Focus, where she led the Social Media Communications team. Earlier in her career, she worked in public relations, where she focused on consumer technology.

Ogilvy Indonesia has named Anton Reyniers its group strategy director. Most recently, Reyniers served as planning director at JWT Singapore, and he has previously worked at BBH London and BBDO Singapore. As group strategy director for Ogilvy & Mather Indonesia, Anton will help lead the delivery of excellence in strategic thinking across Ogilvy’s clients and partner with Ruby Sudoyo to expand the planning department.
