Report: 92% of Online Consumers Use Emoji (Infographic)

A new report from Emogi documents the rising use of emoji, and the connection emoji selection has on consumer opinions to advertising.

Emotional marketing platform Emogi has released its 2015 Emoji Report, detailing the widespread use of emoji, as well as the connection emoji have with digital advertising.

The report found emoji are used by 92 percent of the online population, with gender being a larger factor in emoji use than age. To be specific, 78 percent of women are frequent users of emoji (using them several times per week), while only 60 percent of men use emoji as frequently.
