ClickZ quotes Jim Ensign, Papa John’s VP of digital marketing as saying it’s a better use of technology to spread the word, and not just a brand awareness gimmick, as some skeptics would claim.

Rather, it’s a way to leverage what we already do, talking to our customers about quality and getting ideas for new pizzas from inside and outside the company.
