Pinterest: Here’s How to Use the ‘More Ideas’ Tab

Find Pins related to items you've saved

Did you know that Pinterest allows you to find Pins that are similar to those you’ve already saved by using a “More Ideas” tab? This tab can be found on each of your boards and individual board sections. Our guide will show you how the “More Ideas” tab works.

Note: These screenshots were captured in the Pinterest application on iOS.

Step 1: Tap “Saved” in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Tap the board for which you’d like to find similar Pins. Note: If you have your boards split into sections, you can also tap the section for which you’d like to find similar Pins.

Step 3: Tap “More ideas” next to “Your Pins.”

From here, you can browse the suggested Pins and tap the “+” sign to save any that you’re interested in to the board or section you’re currently using. Note: You can tap each Pin to learn more about it and even visit its website (if it has one) before adding it to your board/section. You can also tap the “+” sign next to any of the new sections Pinterest suggests for you to add near the top of the screen. Also note: These new sections are empty; you’ll have to add Pins yourself.
