Nexus One Android OS 2.2.1 FRG83 Update Brings Exchange Server Management Options
I was surprised to see an Android OS system update notification for my Nexus One last night.
The update was for Android OS 2.2.1 FRG83. I couldn’t find any release notes for this update. However, I noticed that it included the Exchange Server security options found in a recent update for the Motorola Droid. These options include the potential for an Exchange Server administrator to remotely manage policies and remotely kill the phone. With luck, it also fixes the problem I’ve been having with lost Exchange Server settings.
