NetFront Developer Access Mobilizing Widgets
Japanese mobile browser developer Access hopes to bring widgets to mobile phones.
PC World reports that the company is enhancing the 3.5 version of its NetFront browser in a way that will let users download widget information feeds for things like weather, news, maps and photos.
The widget framework works on Windows Mobile devices. It’s not available on any commercial products yet, but Access partners are working to change that and get some products to market.
