Which Brands Have Been Naughty (Or Nice) On Social Media This Holiday Season? [INFOGRAPHIC]

Which brands likely received lots of lovely presents from fans and customers this holiday season, and which were thrown a few lumps of dirty coal?

Hootsuite and UberVU tracked mentions of brands in eight industries to find out which companies have the highest and lowest percentages of positive and negative mentions.

And your winner? Uh, Friskies, whose +62 percent overall rating was more than twice that of Apple’s.

Folgers, Renaissance Hotels, Crate & Barrel and Visa also performed well.

On the other side of the scale, Twitter scored -12 percent in the technology sector, beaten only by Facebook, with -14 percent. Clorox and Dasani finished bottom overall.
