Former Politico senior editor Vaughn Ververs joined msnbc.com as political editor, where he will lead political and elections coverage and manage the site’s Web journalists in its bureau in Washington, D.C.
Prior to Politico, Ververs was senior political editor at CBSNews.com, and he also served as editor of National Journal‘s daily political Web briefing, The Hotline.
