Century 21 Real Estate went through a review of all the company’s marketing partners this past fall, so naturally we wanted to catch up with Matt Gentile, director of PR & brand communication at this week’s BDI conference in New York.
Gentile said that over the last year, integration has been a big theme. “We’ve been able to integrate a lot of content, directly into our Facebook fan page and we’ve also really defined our audience better,” he said. Facebook has “cracked the top ten” of lead generation sources for the company, Gentile told us.
They’re also using social media channels to raise money for Easter Seals’ Act for Autism campaign.
Back to last year’s RFP, we asked about how Mullen, an agency known more for advertising, won the PR and social media part of the business. “They got on my radar screen because of the work they did with Zappos,” said Gentile. Watch the interview for more.
