Lauren Corrao Named President of Original Prog. at Comedy Central
Lauren Corrao has been promoted to to President/Original Programming and Development with Comedy Central. Based in Los Angeles, she’ll supervise the talent and events staff as well as the network’s record label, Comedy Central Records, as well as overseeing development of original programming and managing development teams.
Corrao recently greenlit The Root of All Evil, a new series in which Lewis Black puts pop culture on trial and presides over the comedic proceedings and Important Things with Demetri Martin.
