Khan Academy Launches an iPad App

If you need another reason to justify getting the new iPad, Khan Academy can help.

This a non-profit group that is working to create free and open source eductional materials, and one thing they’ve done is post classroom lessons to Youtube. That’s a good thing, but those videos require a live internet connection. This new app enables users to download the videos (or entire playlists) and watch them while offline.

Users can log in with their Khan Academy account and track their progress.
