Kevin Brockman Bumped to EVP of Global Communications for Disney-ABC

After starting at ABC eleven years ago, Kevin Brockman has been promoted to head of all communications for all of ABC-Disney which includes a slew of divisions and media properties including ABC News, ABC Daytime, Disney Channels, ABC Family, SOAPnet, the TV animation division, Buena Vista, etc. He will also oversee broadcast and ratings publicity, and even help with corporate comm for ABC’s 10 affiliates, and the Hyperion book publishing imprint.

Prior to ABC, Brockman handled the launch of UPN back, worked at Radio City Music Hall, and at Fox TV Stations Productions, the division of Fox responsible for classic ratings-getters like Cops, America’s Most Wanted, and Studs.
