iTunes Canada, UK Add Movie Downloads, Rentals
They’ve waited a long time, but consumers in the UK and Canada can finally buy or rent movie downloads from iTunes.
Movie buffs in the UK can now get flicks from Disney, Paramount, Warner Bros., MGM, Lionsgate UK and Sony to watch on their computers, iPods and iPhones. Canadian iTunes fans can download their fave films from 20th Century Fox, Disney, Paramount, Warner Bros., Universal, MGM and Maple Pictures to watch on their computers and iPods while they wait impatiently for Rogers to start selling the iPhone in Canada so they can watch their downloads on the phone’s wide-screen display.
