HTC HD7 (Windows Phone 7) 720p 24fps HD Video Sample
The new Windows Phone 7 powered HTC HD7 is capable of recording video up to 720p (HD) at 24 frames per second. For some reason, HTC to set the default video recording resolution to the lower 640×480 VGA level. And, setting video recording to 720p does not “stick.” You need to set the resolution back to 720p each time you want to record an HD quality video.
