HP webOS Tablet in Q1 2011? Isn't That Kind of Late to Join the Tablet Party?

The iPad has been available since April and we’ve yet to see a real competitor. RIM is apparently preparing something. But, if rumors are true, it will be too expensive to effectively compete with the iPad and its interface will probably mostly appeal to current BlackBerry users if and when it appears later this year.

HP, one of the true big players in the computer game, has apparently put aside its Windows 7 and Android tablet plans in favor of the webOS platform it obtained when it bought Palm earlier this year.
