Google News Mobile Web Page Tuned for More Phones - Even Windows Phone 7
Although Google’s mobile apps are great, you do not need a Google developed mobile app written specifically for your phone’s operating system. Most of Google’s web services have mobile browser friendly counterparts. Google News has been tweaked and tuned for Android, iPhone, and Palm Pre (webOS) phones over time. It just got a development tweak to work better on, more or less, generic mobile web browsers.
