Google Earth 3.1 for iPad & iPhone Lets You Look Underwater
The release of Google Earth 3.1 for iPad (and iPhone and iPod touch) catches it up with Google Earth for Android.
Ocean comes to Google Earth for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch (Google Mobile Blog)
The 3.1 release adds the following features:
– Native support for iPhone 4 Retina Display
– Underwater bathymetry and ocean surface
– Ocean content layer
Note that there’s a minor typo in the blog which refers to veresion 3.2 in the last paragraph. The update is actually version 3.1.
