GoButler Launches Digital Personal Assistant App on iOS

The app offers a human assisted AI service, which can help users make restaurant reservations, travel arrangements and more.

GoButler has officially launched its digital personal assistant app on iOS devices, which was built to compliment the company’s existing SMS-based platform. The GoButler app gives users access to the platform’s Human Assisted AI (HAAI) service, which can help users complete tasks like making restaurant reservations, searching for movie tickets and more.

The GoButler app allows users to send text or image messages to the HAAI service, and supports credit card scanning and in-app payments for purchases. Users can share their location with the app, allowing GoButler to find nearby restaurants, gas stations and more when those requests are made. The app has launched with Uber and Card.io support.

For the holiday shopping season, GoButler offers a holiday gift guide containing curated products which are organized based on recipient and price. When previewing a product within the app, users are shown a screenshot of the item, along with its description and price (where applicable), and can confirm the purchase within the app. GoButler plans to add updated guides for future events and holidays going forward.

In addition to the main iOS app, GoButler works with Apple Watch, allowing users to speak to the HAAI for requests and orders.

In a statement, Navid Hadzaad, CEO and founder of GoButler, commented:

We’re excited to announce the launch of our iOS app, providing a smart, complementary channel to communicate directly with GoButler everyday. We want to make it easier for our users to get everything they need in one place, with direct integrations and new features to add functionality to our existing service. By listening to user feedback, we are providing additional convenience that doesn’t limit them to just one platform and allows us to expand GoButler’s offerings to a wider audience.

GoButler is available to download for free on the iTunes App Store.
