Mobile / social game developer and publisher Game Insight has announced the expansion of its popular MMO Dragon Eternity, releasing new versions of the game on Facebook, Android and iPhone. Previously released in web browsers and on iPad, Dragon Eternity has been played by over five million players worldwide, and allows players to jump into the fantasy world of Adan to defeat a variety of monsters.

As with other popular MMOs, Dragon Eternity (our review) allows players to choose to support one of two factions, the Vaalor or Sadar, and encourages them be both warriors and “peaceful artisans.” Players take to battle with their dragon companions, using weapons, armor, magic potions and more, which they have been able to craft for themselves.

Dragon Eternity’s cross-platform capabilities extend to these new platforms, giving players the chance to play on any of the supported devices with the same account, keeping their progress and in-game characters with them wherever they may play.

In addition to the single-player mode, Dragon Eternity supports player-vs-player modes against other living players, and has been updated since launch with limited time events and permanent content upgrades. The new Shaab Invasion event, for instance, allows players to battle new enemies for a chance to win rare weapons and scrolls.

Dragon Eternity is now available to play for free on iOS, Android, Facebook and web browsers. In celebration of the launch, Game Insight has released a new game trailer, which you can view below.
