FOX Prepares for Strike: Hiring Freeze, No Temps, No OT

Subject: Fox Entertainment Group – Pre-Strike Measures

Beginning Monday October 15, Fox will institute the following:

1. Hiring Freeze

2. Elimination of Overtime

3. Elimination of Temps

4. Elimination of Contractors

5. Elimination of Consultants (excluding those approved in conjunction with capital projects).

Any exceptions to the above must be approved by the division CEO and CFO.
