Serendipity is a wonderful thing. I was wandering around the Costco.com site and ran across this $69.99 GPS dog-tracking product…
…which notifies you (via your cell phone) when your dog gets out of his/her designated area.
Note that there is a monthly recurring cost (MRC) for the wireless service: $14.95 monthly or $149.99 annually ($135.50 annual fee for Costco members).
The service appears to be tied in to the T-Mobile data network. So, it only works where a T-Mobile footprint is present.
