Variety has a new blog–a blog about men who wear clogs! Actually, it’s The Knife, a restaurant site written by Dana Harris. Harris had been editing Variety Weekend which died, but before that she covered the XXX beat for a while, and she’s equally excited about food, foodies, etc. The current entry is about Pizzeria Mozza, the much-anticipated effort of Nancy Silverton and Mario Batali. She’s thrilled:
