Dame Darcy Goths Up Jane Eyre
L.A.-based illustrator Dame Darcy has taken Jane Eyre, that fave of lit majors everywhere, and exposed the hidden message, according to Ann Hulbert in Slate. Darcy, whose aesethetic can be descibed as the love child of Charles Addams and Tinkerbelle. also has a band, a line of dolls and a book tour.
Darcy’s MySpace page lets you listen, too. Darcy will be signing books on Sunday, at Dark Delicacies in Burbank.
