DailyCandy Stylish Alerts: Geo-Location Content Delivery for NYC Android Users
DailyCandy launched an app for Android users in New York City, in partnership with Xtify, that will deliver fashion, food, and other content based on geographic location, calling it the “geo-location content-delivery alert system.”
The DailyCandy Stylish Alerts app delivers push alerts even when the app is not open, and it is ad-supported, with partners able to choose between sponsoring specific alerts via ad banners and text links, or buying sponsored links, which may contain content such as discount codes to be presented in retail outlets.
