BuzzVoice is an interesting RSS news reader because it uses text-to-speech technology to read the news feeds. The developers bill the app as a “Pandora For News” in that it provides several options for queuing up news feeds so that you can create a personalized news radio in a similar way that can can Pandora provides personalized music radio.
The Android version of BuzzVoice takes advantage of the platform by supporting background audio streaming, a widget, and a pre-defined Android Radio stream.
