Apparently, bull-ridin’ is the new NASCAR.

In next weekend’s New York Times Magazine, Dan Halpern reveals the joys of laconic men who drink too much, ride too fast and who tease each other about their sexuality. One exchange between fellow bull riders in Las Vegas:

“Did you find a new wife last night?” said one hand to another.

“Two of them,” said the second hand, a small, squinty man with a white hat pulled low over his eyes.
