BlackBerry's PlayBook Tablet Coming 2011

Research In Motion, the maker of BlackBerry, announced their highly anticipated tablet computer today.

The new PlayBook (which was rumored to be called the BlackPad) runs on OS and, will directly compete with Apple’s iPad. The tablet includes a 7″ LCD touchscreen with 1024 x 600 resolution, 1 GHz dual-core processor and 1 GB RAM. It has two HD cameras inside and captures video at 1080p, the standard for high def. It also supports audio and video playback, so get your enhanced eBooks ready.

Amazon and Kobo already have eReader apps ready to go on it.
